We live in a world where most people are looking for how to take, and not to give. Many want everything for nothing. But, you see, it doesn’t work that way. In our life’s journey, we have two choices – Greatness or Survival. If you choose survival, it means your life will only be about what you and your family can eat, drink, and be clothed with. But if you choose greatness, you will do more than what you can eat and drink. Another word for “Greatness” is contribution. This is exactly what God told Abraham in Genesis 12:2 ”I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing”. In other words, “the reason I am making Abraham great is for him to be a blessing”. The mindset of contribution is the ticket to greatness. Say after me: I choose greatness above survival!
