The preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ is like a marathon race where the baton is passed from one generation to another. Every generation will answer to God about how they handled the preaching of the Gospel, not just corporately, but individually. If we will please the Lord, we must refuse to be ashamed of the Gospel. Now and then, the church and the message of Jesus are under fire on social media platforms. People make a mockery of Jesus and our commitment to him. On this day, refuse to be beaten into silence. Wake up and do something for the spread of the gospel. Take a stand. Get serious about seeing souls hear the message of Jesus and responding to it. Say after me: Lord, help me take a stand for the Gospel of Jesus. Amen.
