Many people have used this verse of the Bible to legitimize drinking strong drinks as long as you don’t get drunk. Well, the idea of this verse wasn’t to legitimize drinking anything but to show us how we ought to be full of the Spirit. Nobody gets drunk with a very tiny sip of beer or wine. You need to take in a substantial portion to get drunk. In the same way, you need to stay with the Holy Ghost long to be full of the Spirit. This is a spiritual and Biblical instruction given to us to be FULL OF THE SPIRIT. I know you may have attended church today, but did you allow yourself soak into God long enough to be full? Before today ends, take some time and stay till you receive something tangible. Declare: I will stay until l am full in Jesus name, amen!
