If there’s any teaching on thanksgiving that has touched me to my very core, it’s this one in our opening verse. Jesus had just healed ten lepers and only one returned to say thank you. He returned as soon as he discovered what had happened to him. And Jesus asked a very important question. He asked, “where are the nine?” What if Jesus, today, is actually asking some people: where have you been since I made a way for you? Why haven’t you come to give me thanks? Where have you been since I took you through the valley of death and brought you out? I know you’re still praying and believing for a lot but once again, this morning, say after me:
THANK YOU JESUS! I choose to be grateful
